Creating Scheduled Issues

There are a couple of ways to create new Scheduled Issue:

Using the "Create" (2) button in Scheduled Issues tab panel
Using "Clone" item from the Scheduled issue "Actions" (1) menu

Using "Schedule issue" item from the Issue "More" menu (1) as presented below:

To get into "More" menu one needs to access any existing issue in a given project.
