Execution History

Jira hosting: Cloud, Server, Data Center

Execution history is a section of The Scheduler that collects information about executions of particular scheduled issues from the past. It can be displayed in two ways, by Scheduled issue details or from More actions in Scheduled Issue table.

Execution history in Scheduled Issue details

Please note that in Cloud, execution history in Scheduled Issue preview is unavailable.

Information about past executions can be displayed in the Scheduled Issue Details in SI view screen (1).

Here are placed such information as the time of each execution that took place (2), how the SI has been executed - manually or by Add-on (3), what was the result of the execution (4). You can also see some details about the issue that was affected by the execution (5) including status of the issue. By clicking on the issue key, you will be redirected to its detail view.

When execution has been performed on the basis of workflow transition, there is also an option to see which issue's transition (1) created a new issue:

Execution history can be also displayed after clicking on such option in More menu on the selected Scheduled Issue.

In Cloud we can see information about execution time (1), how the issue has been executed (2), what is the result of execution (3), and some details about the execution such as issue key and status (4).

In Server, apart from the above columns, we can also get info about the scheduled issue (1) that evoked the execution.

Execution history in Scheduled Issue table

User can also check execution history of selected scheduled issue or history of all executions for all SI from the Scheduled Issue table.

Clicking on the “Execution history button” from default will show all executions that have been fired by all scheduled issues.

However, user can select desired SI and display execution history only for that Scheduled Issue.
