Field ‘XXX' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown.

Make sure this field is present in create issue screen, if SI has request type field set to something else than None then make sure if field is also present in edit issue screen.

 

Extending the subtask limit

If you’d like to extend the subtask limit please contact the support.

 

Security Level: Security Level is required

Make sure that in Project Settings → All work → Security an Issue security scheme is selected for the project.

 

Unable to fetch project workflow scheme

In Project Settings → Workflows make sure that correct workflow is set for the project. If issue still persists contact support.

 

User cannot access The Scheduler

Make sure that user has permissions to access the app. You can check it in Project Settings → Access → Project permissions for company-manged projects or Project Settings → Access for team-managed projects. By default anyone who has access to the project has access to The Scheduler.

 

Some apps are not registered to receive migration notifications

To resolve this, you'll need to open the Migration Dashboard in our Cloud app and click the Register webhook button. After that, please refresh the page — if the webhook status turns green, it means the webhook has been successfully registered.
