The Scheduler Statistics are available in the JIRA administration, Manage apps section. (Projects Administration in pre 4.0.5 versions)
It gives the administrators an overview of all Scheduled Issues divided by projects.
It's easy to open project specific Scheduled Issues table by clicking on the certain value in the Scheduled Issues column.
Use the drop-down menu hidden under the cog icon to access "Manage apps" (1) menu.
"The Scheduler Statistics" (2) is located at the left bottom area of the page.

With Scheduled Issue Statistics option you can easily check how many Schedule Issues and Subtask are created in every project on your Jira instance.
To check it you need to as Jira Administrator click on More next to Apps (1) → Manage apps (2) → click on The Scheduler to see all the options (3) → click Statistics (4).
After clicking on the number of existing scheduled issues (5), you will be redirected to the Scheduled Issues table in the chosen project.
Additionally, you can efficiently filter your projects to find chosen one (6).
Moreover in Created By The Scheduler column, you can find information about the number of created tasks by The Scheduler at the project. By clicking it (7) you will be redirected to the issue list with those created issues
