How to get Excel 365 Connector logs

First, open your Excel sheet, select our add-in and log in to your instance.

Even if the logging fails, the logs will still be available in the Excel sheet.

This method has been available since version 2.7.0

There are three dots on the Connector For Jira login screen in the top left corner (1). After opening the menu, there are two options for downloading logs Copy Logs (2) copies the logs to the clipboard and Download Logs (3) downloads logs to the device's memory.

This method applies to all Connector For Jira versions

Select one of cells in worksheet and press Alt + F11 (Fn + Opt + F11 for MAC) to open VBA Menu.

Then select the Excel sheet connected to the Excel 365 Connector logger(1) .

Then change visibility of the Excel 365 Connector sheet to -1 (xlSheetvisible).

When you go back to your Excel sheet after closing VBA menu, you will see the Excel 365 Connector log sheet.

This is where you get the logs from your EC365.

ACTUAL_LOGS - logs from current session

PREVIOUSLY_LOGS - logs from previous session

You can now copy logs from cells into Notepad or save them to an Excel file.
