Answer: Please check if you have installed correct app version on Jira: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ECSD365/pages/1954021403 - both Jira and excel side should be same versions next please make sure if you followed step by step instructions from getting started page and added domain to Allowlist: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ECSD365/pages/919535809
