Can't connect to Jira to Excel, passed wrong URL

Question: I can't connect to Jira from Excel, the pass and the URL are correct

Answer: Please in URL remove "/" sign at the end - from "https://your-jira-url.com/jira/" to "https://your-jira-url.com/jira"

 

To make Excel 365 Connector connect to Jira properly the url should be free of space signs and should not have any “/” sign at the end.
