Question: What to do if connection timeout (login session time) is too short?
Answer: Timeout is equal to 60 minutes, which is a maximum time allowed by OAuth 2.0 from Jira Cloud. There is nothing we can do to extend this.
Excel login session is being held by OAuth 2.0 so Excel 365 for Jira have no influence on length of timeout.
