What happens when the creator of Scheduled Issue become a disabled user?

If the user that created Scheduled Issue is disabled there is nothing to worry about. The Scheduler is designed in the way that Scheduled Issues are independent of users that created particular Scheduled Issue. Speaking of that it also has an effect on created Jira tickets which has Creator fields assigned to The Scheduler.
