How to use Absence Tracker

This is a simple user guide for Absence Tracker for regular users.



To create ticket in Absence Tracker project go to “Create issue“ view.
Then select project related with Absence Tracker and fill required fields:

  • summary - information visible for other users e.g. sick leave or vacation absence

  • start date - start date of absence

  • end date - end date of absence


In general view of issue from other projects, user has button Absence Tracker(1) to open quick preview panel for current and upcoming absences in 7 days(2)

Additionally in right side panel is Show absent users in this issue(3) button to show information about absences in 30 days and check information about summary:
