For Jira Server version:

Jira needs to run on https, Atlassian documentation: Running Jira applications over SSL or HTTPS

  1. Login as Jira Administrator to your Jira

  2. Click the cog drop-down and select Add-ons from the Jira Administration panel

  3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page

  4. Search for Excel 365 Connector for Jira (by Transition Technologies PSC)

  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Excel 365 Connector for Jira

  6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian

  7. Click Apply license

Information for offline Jira users
When Jira is installed on a host with no internet access, add-ons like Excel 365 Connector may still be installed manually. To download a version from Atlassian Marketplace, please visit: version history and download the newest one.

Add Excel 365 Connector for Jira to Allowlist:

  1. Login as Jira Administrator to your Jira.

  2. In “System“ tab, go to “Allowlist” (“Whitelist“ in older Jira versions) section (or use “.” search)

  3. Add domain to Allowlist:
    - expression: https://ec365.ttae.com.pl
    - type: Domain name
    - allow incoming: true

  1. Login as Jira Administrator to your Jira

  2. In Apps section use “Find new apps” link

  3. Search for Excel 365 Connector for Jira (by Transition Technologies PSC)

  4. Click on app listing, to see more details

  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Excel 365 Connector for Jira
