How to create vacation request for other user

Who can create vacation documents for others people:

  1. HR members

  2. Other people added to "Modify reporter" in Vacation Manager project permission scheme.

Additionally, above users should be added to Vacation Manager team like a "user" - in order to be able to create new vacation requests.

Then you can change reporter in new vacation request.
