When creating new vacation document supervisors are now grouped by being default and their availability

New pickers will allows to quickly display suggested users and groups while you entering their names

Footer of Statistics by Vacation Type will now display sum of days for all filtered users

Now you can filter by team in Statistics by Vacation Type

We removed or optimized some of the scripts - that will add slight performance boost in some cases

We refreshed View and Edit Team views. Now HR users will be able to easily manage team members and modify team details.

HR users now can yet again use option to hide past periods in Manage user vacation days view

Default supervisor can be removed using -1 parameter from Team while updating it using our REST API

Default Supervisor in Team
In each Team there is a new option to set the default Supervisor, this person would be prefilled in the vacation document creation. Notify HR users about this feature and ask them to update team settings, to speed up the process
Ability to revoke tokens
Calendar subscription access tokens for selected users can now be revoked by HR users in team statistics view
Advanced assigned days editing
Now HR users can modify assigned vacation days for users and edit their carry over time

Integration with external calendars
in Team Statistics users can generate special link, which can be subscribed in external calendar clients like Outlook. Users can also export current state of team calendar to .ics file. Updated HR management views

Hide unused vacation types
By enabling this option any vacation types that user don't have assigned vacation days will be hidden on vacation document create screen, documentation
Interval in minutes picker
With this option you will be able to configure step in minutes picker from 1 to 30 minutes.
Display user absence on holidays
You can now enable upcoming holidays warning just like upcoming vacations, documentation
New variables in templates
You can now use new variables: availableTime, usedTime and carryOverTime in auto-summary and upcoming vacation warning templates.

Automatically assigned vacation days
Now you can configure vacation types, so each new user in team will automatically be assigned with vacation days, documentation
Information about upcoming holidays in user pickers
User picker warnings now can display information about upcoming holidays for users. You can enable this option in configuration panel.

Fixed upgrade process on 2.2.0

Fixed dates rounding problem on MySQL
Fixed bug on specific versions of MySQL Connector/J where users was not able to create new vacation request next day after another request

Importing holidays from .ics files
You can now import holidays for any holiday scheme from standard ics file, documentation
Team calendar
New Team statistics with calendar where supervisor and team members can check others upcoming vacations (this can be disabled in configuration), documentation
Upcoming vacations dashboard gadget
You can add new gadget to your dashboard, which displays upcoming vacations for selected teams, documentation
Worklog support
Worklog support can be enabled for each Vacation Type. Worklog time will be logged to every Vacation Document issue, documentation

Fixed available time on new recurring periods
This fix will apply automatically for every user when vacations will be recalculated (by default at midnight), or you can run it manually by clicking ''Recalculate now'' button in configuration

New period types for vacation requests: hourly and half day
New vacation types could be configured to allow users to request hourly absences or half day leaves. However if you are updating from previous version 1.3.1 you need edit vacation types and select proper period type, you can do it in: Manage Vacation Types section, documentation
Additional auto-summary texts
With new period types you might want to adjust the auto-summary of the vacation requests. You can customize it in the, Configuration section
