Effects of a mail template deactivation [2.0.x]
The effects of following the procedure of mail template deactivation are giving you the impossibility to select a created and deactivated template on the send email prompt. It simply means that nobody won't be able to use it, however there is still a possibility to re-activate it and bring back the old functionality in a particular project with its issue type.
