User Cleaner Configuration

Admin Tools for Jira offers a possibility for bulk account management. After accessing "User management" you can head to "User Cleaner Configuration" in order to set:

• A default number of days without login to display;

• User notification template;

• Mass update of users (deactivate/active in bulk, deactivate/activate instantly, alter particular temporary user life-time in JIRA before getting it deactivated and set user notification template)

User Cleaner Configuration is divided into three tabs:

"Configuration" tab

Enables to set up a user notification template with the use of available variables (presented below) and set default number of days without login to display.

Open

"Mass Update" tab

Enables bulk and instant change of particular user(s) properties. Here you can deactivate or (re)activate user in a matter of a few clicks. User notification template can be imported (.csv file) as well. It is also possible to set time to deactivate a particular user (or to alter a time that was already set).

"Temporary User Configuration"

This tab enables to decide what template is to be used to inform about providing him/her with a temporary user account. To do so, one can select from, or create his/her own template with incorporation of available variables.

The time box above "Save Settings" button enables to set a temporary user job interval.
