Prerequisits

To start using group assignee feature you need to have user group assigned to your project. To do that you need to go to Project settings → People (1) then press Add people (2) and add group of your choice to the project. Finally added group will be displayed on the list (3)

Limitations

  • The maximum group size that The Scheduler can handle is 10

  • User needs to be in group that has Administrators role to be able to use group assignee feature

Feature description

The feature allows you to create Scheduled Issues that has multiple Assignees (1)

The way it actually works is that it uses Jira project groups. Once Group Assignee on SI is selected then on execution there will be created JIra ticket separately (2) for each user (1) from the group:

At Execution History of Scheduled Issue that has Group Assignee you also have available preview of current status of Jira tickets created with Scheduled Issue

At Scheduled issues table you can differentiate Group and regular assignee by checking presence of a
