Refreshing whole sheet

If you want to discard changes on your sheet or update issues that are present on it you can use Refresh Sheet button (1).

After pressing it you will be presented with "Refresh Issue" prompt that makes sure, you clicked on Refresh Sheet button intentionally, and inform you about possible lose of changes (3).

Confirming refresh will remove any changes you made to issues, query JIRA for updates made to them and insert them into your worksheet and remove all new issues you were about to create.

(info) There's a quick way to go directly to an issue in Jira Software (it gets opened in a web browser), after clicking any highlighted in blue hyperlink.

Refreshing selected issues

If you want to clean only some of the issues, while preserving the changes made to the rest of them, select issues you want to refresh and click Refresh Selected Issues button (2). Just like when refreshing the whole sheet, this will discard all changes made to the selected issues, as well as update them with the latest changes from JIRA.

Selected Issue Tab

After clicking a particular issue (1) that is present in a row, user is to be taken to a Tab view that is dedicated only for that particular issue (2):

Anything that is to be changed here, is to be applied only for an entitled in the tab issue. Other issues won't be affected when user decides to press "Send Issue to Jira" button (3), or if he/she decides to use "Refresh issue" (4).

(info) Note that both buttons use single form ("issue") to underline that only one selected, is to be affected by modifications of its content.
