Ability to import holiday calendars from .ics files [2.2.x]

To import a calendar with predefined holidays, follow the below presented steps (this is possible only for HR members):

1. Open "Vacations" menu
2. Access "Management"
3. Enter "Holiday Schemes"
4. Click on "Edit" next to a scheme that you wish to enrich with holidays from .ics file.

After doing so, you should get to a view like presented below:

After clicking "Import" (1) and selecting locally an .icf file

As an outcome you will get calendar filled with data from the file (i.e. national holidays are to be visible now and treated as off work days):

Added days from .icf file(s) are not treated as automatically recurring next calendar year (whilst in fact some happen cyclically - i.e. 1st of May).
