The Scheduler uses cookies eg. JWT token to verify user access. Make sure that cookies from “the-scheduler-test.ttae.com.pl” are enabled:

In Chrome you can check allowed cookies in by clicking the lock next to the page URL

Enabling cookies in details:

Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. They help that website remember information about your visit, which can both make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you.

Cookies are required to run our apps properly. Sometimes required cookies can be blocked in the browser. In such case, you have to make sure that your browser will allow cookies from our domain https://the-scheduler.ttae.com.pl Below you can find info how to enable cookies in popular browsers:

Chrome

  1. Go to “three dots” menu at right top, and press Settings:

  2. Then proceed to Privacy and security

  3. Next proceed with Cookies and other site data:

  4. then here check Allow all cookies:

Firefox

  1. Go to right top “three lines” menu, and click Settings

  2. Then proceed to Privacy & Security:

  3. then here check Standard option:

Edge

  1. Go to menu at right top, and click Settings:

  2. here click on Cookies and site permissions:

  3. then check Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) option:

Safari

To use our app (and other connect apps with enforced security) you need to enable cross site tracking.

  1. Go to Safari → Preferences

  2. Navigate to ‘Privacy’, then uncheck ‘Prevent cross-site tracking', it should look like on the screenshot:
