1) After sending an email(s) by "send email" button, it is possible to view all of the successfully sent messages. To do so please follow the below steps described below:
2) Before being able to see anything in the "emails" tab, message needs to be sent - be sure that you are able to successfully sent email messages - if you can see a pop-up informing about it (like on the above presented screenshot - "Your message was sent successfully"), then there's no need to do anything more. In case of errors please check SMTP server settings and configure it correctly. Here's a useful link.
3) "Emails" tab gets populated only if any messages messages were sent by using the above presented method.
4) History of sent emails is present, if at lest one message was sent. The oldest emails are presented at the top here, the most recent ones are at the bottom.
The fields which were left empty (not filled with any values) remain empty as well in the sent email message.
