As presented on a below picture, any execution status marked with red color (1) informs about a problem and more details about it is displayed inside a balloon prompt (2), after you hover a mouse cursor over such problem indicated state.
To get it quickly fixed, please go to Scheduled Issue Table and find a "Fix" button (3) next to a problematic scheduled issue.
