Scheduled Issues after creation are private by default. Only the Creator and Jira Administrators can: edit, delete, share or manually execute Scheduled Issue. Manage Access option allows to grant executeedit and delete permissions to each Scheduled Issue individually. Only the sharing permission (managing access) is kept for Creator and Jira Administrators

In addition to the above, any creator is able to quickly change access to a scheduled issue of his/her authorship. To do this, simply access "Scheduled Issues" table(1), pick one of particular interest, then on the right hand side of the screen find link named "More" (2). After clicking on it, drop-down menu will be displayed. "Manage Access" (3) offers the described functionality.

To change Scheduled Issues access rights in bulk, please also access "Scheduled Issues" (1), tick ones of particular interest (2), press "Share Selected" (3).

(green star) If you want any of your users to be able to use TSP add-on, then you need to first grant him or her with an access via this method. If it won't be done, then such user will be greeted with an "You have no rights to access this Scheduled Issue!" error when trying to do so.
