Project Email Templates [2.4.x]

You can create a template for your outgoing emails. It helps a lot as there's no need anymore to compose your email every single time. You can just simply create your email template and use it whenever needed.

To manage project email templates go to the "Email Templates" (2) page under "Add-ons" (1) section in a project:



On this page you will see all Email Templates (2) assigned for the following project (1) and tied with a particular issue type (as presented in an example below):



This table showing most important information like template name, subject, issue type, status and creator of template. You can edit or change status of your email template.

Status can be changed by activation or deactivation of an email template. To do so please select "Actions" menu located next to a template, which status you wish to change (1) and then from a drop-down menu select "Deactivate" (2):



Created templates(excluding deactivated templates) will be available for selection (2) in the Send Email dialog on a view issue screen. To get to that first one needs to click "Send Email" button (1):
