Configurable per project threading's configuration view [2.4.x]

Standalone configuration view is a new feature that allows to check whether any newly-sent email has been threaded, or not.

This feature can be switched on/off in "Configuration Panel" (2) by a Jira project administrator after accessing wanted project and then its settings (1).

If its configuration is set to:

None: No threading means that all emails present in "Emails" tab are to be shown as separate, standalone threads;
One thread per new mail: "Emails" tab content is to present any message with threads. By doing so it is possible to expand each thread and see all replies of both sides that lead a communication in it.
