Can I extend my free trial? (Cloud)

TTPSC provides 30 days free evaluation period for all apps. Normally Atlassian does not extend Cloud licenses. However in special situations, like migration, you can prolong the trial.

A trial extension can be proceeded by Atlassian Support before the first trial license expires. After submitting a request, you should receive a new evaluation license key.

Atlassian may require Vendor’s approval for a trial extension. If you contact our support with a request for consent, please provide the following information in the ticket:

  • App name

  • Time period for which you want to extend the trial
