Global Scheduled Issues can be found in Mange Apps - The Scheduler.
Permissions
Global Scheduled Issues page can be accessed only by Global Admin.

Functions
Global Scheduled Issues page displays all Scheduled issues from all projects in the instance. Global Admin can easily see each Scheduled Issues without going into a specific project.
Manage subtasks
As global admin from Global Scheduled Issues page you can manage subtasks like in Project Scheduled Issues. You can:
Add subtasks to SI
Edit subtasks
Clone subtasks
Remove subtasks
Enable/Disable
Global Admin can Enable/Disable single SI as well as do it in Bulk.
Fix All
Global admin can fix Failed/Incomplete chosen or all Scheduled Issues. Option is located next to the Timezone button. More info about this feature can be found here: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCHED/pages/4820369410
Remove/Archive SIs
Global admin can both remove and archive selected or all Scheduled Issues. Each SI will be removed/archived from/in individual spaces. More details can be found here: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCHED/pages/4410408965
Export SIs
Global Admin can export all or selected Scheduled Issues to .CSV file. Exported SIs can be later imported between spaces.
This feature is still being expanded. More options will be added in future updates.
