Archive Scheduled Issues

 

Feature is planned to be released in The Scheduler v4.10.0

Permissions

Archive SI page can be accessed only by global admin or project admin. By default users can only Archive SI instead of removing them unless given a Remove Scheduled Issues permission. More about the permission can be found here: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/x/G4DMTg

Location

Archived Scheduled Issue page is located in Space settings → The Scheduler.

Managing Archived Scheduled Issues

Archive SI

Scheduled Issues can be Archived by using the Bulk Archive/Remove (1) button located at the top of SI Table or in More section for single SI Archive/Remove (2) button.

Si will be moved from SI Table to Archived Scheduled Issue page.

Archived SI with upcoming execution will be disabled and will not be executed.

Archived SI names are still unique therefore creating new SI with a name that Archived SI already has will not be possible.

Archived Scheduled Issue page has the following:

  • Timezone (3)

  • Filter (6)

  • Bulk Remove (4)

  • Bulk Restore (5)

  • Settings (9)

  • Archived SI Table

    • Select

    • Name

    • Archived by

    • Archived at

    • More

      • Remove (7)

      • Restore (8)

Restore Archived SI

Archived Scheduled Issues can be Restored by global admin or project admin back to SI Table by using Bulk Restore (5) or Restore (7) in More section.

Issues state will be the same as when it was Archived unless trigger for SI has happened - state will be set as Expired.

Remove Archived SI

Archived Scheduled Issues can be removed permanently by using Bulk Remove (5) or Remove (7) in More tab.

Lifetime of Archived SIs

Lifetime can be adjusted in Settings (9) located above the filter. By default Archived Scheduled Issues are not removed. Here this can be changed by choosing one of options are giving own number.

When typing in own value keep in mind that it is recognized as days. The lowest number that can be given is 5 days and the highest can be 365 days.
