Differences between projects' types

Projects in Jira are primarily divided into the following types:

  • team-managed project

  • company-managed project

Each of these projects can use project management framework such as:

  • Kanban board

  • Scrum board

As a result of these divisions, different options may be available when creating a Scheduled Issue. The user can also configure the fields visible in the SI to their liking, but this will still depend on the type of project and its management structure.
Due to these possibilities, some fields will be visible with an annotation, while others cannot be set at all.

Below are examples of projects and their management.

Note:
The first step "Basic Info" and the last step "Trigger Details" look the same in all cases, so they have been skipped.
