Setting issue Assignee as the user who manually executed scheduled issue

In our app you can set current user as an Assignee on manual execution of Scheduled Issue.

After checking option “Set current user as Assignee on manual execution” (1) on creation SI wizard, even if the user A was selected as Assignee (2), after “Execute” (3) SI manually by user B (4), he will be set as Assignee on created issue (5).

If SI will be executed normally by trigger (6), Assignee on newly created issue will be set as while creation SI (7).
