  1. Log into your JIRA instance as a user with Jira administrator rank.

  2. Click the admin dropdown (cog icon on the the right-upper corner of the screen) and select Add-Ons.

3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.

4. Locate Issue Links Viewer via "search the marketplace" field - please note that its Vendor is Transition Technologies PSC.

5. This add-on is free of charge to use at any level, so there's no need to apply for its license
