In order to delete set of Mail template just select them and press the Delete Selected button:

Email Task > Delete Mail Templates [1.2.x] > Delete Mail Template - delete selected button.png

Confirm the operation by pressing the Delete button and after short while the previously selected Mail templates are totally removed:
