Newly created mail template is by default set as active so there's no need to do anything - the below steps ought to be taken only to deactivate particular template, or to re-activate it.



Please follow the below steps to perform either template deactivation or re-activation:


Mutual interdependence exists between status and a possible option that you can see after clicking on a drop-down menu (see above image)

As stated at the beginning of this page, templates with status listed as "Active" can be deactivated and vice versa (inactive → activate, see below)
