Connector for Jira by TT PSC

We respect the right of application’s users privacy and declare that we makes every effort not to collect any data other than necessary for the proper functioning of the application or that the collection of which is intended to increase the usefulness of its products. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal and non-personal information is handled in Connector for Jira by TT PSC.

§ 1

Who is the Personal Data Controller?

  1. The Personal Data Controller is Transition Technologies PSC Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Piotrkowska 276, 90-361 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the Lodz District Court, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under National Court Register (KRS) no. 0000633480, with share capital of PLN 109,600, with Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7292712388, National Business Registry (REGON) number: 365249538.

§ 2

What personal and non-personal information is gathered?

  1. We process your personal data, with the strictest respect for your rights. Your personal data is processed only automatically for the purposes indicated below.

  2. We gather the following personal and non-personal data:

    • username / e-mail address

    • password / token

    • URL for Jira Cloud instance

  3. Please note that this only applies to “Connector for Jira” used with cloud instance of Jira. If You are accessing server or data center Jira instance - whole communication is performed without interaction with our services. What is more - in server and data center scenarios one can set up communication to be performed strictly in corporate private network of given Organization - without routing network traffic outside Organization infrastructure.

§ 3

What is the purpose of data processing?

  1. The personal data provided by users is used for:

    • a. ensuring the proper functioning of services,

    • b. enabling proper communication from Excel instance to Jira Cloud instances

    • c. supporting us in creation, development, protection and improvement our products, services and content.

§ 4

What is our legal basis for personal data processing?

  1. The data are processed by the Controller in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR on the basis of the consent you have given by downloading the application (art. 6 point 1 letter a GDPR)

  2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary, e.g. for the proper functioning of services.

  3. The user shall not pass any third party’s personal data to the Controller. However, if they pass such data, they shall each time represent that they have a relevant third-party consent for passing their data to the Controller.

§ 5

What are your rights regarding personal data processing?

  1. Every user whose personal data is processed by the Controller has the right to be informed, right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability and the right to object to data processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest. Abovementioned rights are indicated from article 15 to article 21 of GDPR act.

  2. The rights referred to in the paragraph above may be executed by sending an appropriate request to the Controller’s e-mail address: support.atlassian@tt.com.pl.

  3. The user has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, if they consider the processing of their personal data non-compliant with the GDPR.

§ 6

Third Party Services/SDKs:

  1. In our application the Controller uses third party services and SDKs provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc., (410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109-5210, ATTN: AWS Legal, USA)

  2. The Controller uses the following third-party services, in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of use:

    • a. AWS Lambda,

    • b. AWS Cloud Front,

    • c. AWS S3 storage service

    • d. AWS Route 53

  3. Privacy policy and GDPR regulations, mentioned in point 2, can be viewed on: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr-center/ and also on: https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/

  4. The data indicated in § 2 are processed by the Controller for the purpose of the proper functioning of the above services provided by AWS and they are required by the terms of use. The services provided by AWS have a separate privacy policy, which can be viewed on: https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/

  5. The rules of personal data protection collected by third parties, whose services are used by the application, are defined by their own privacy policy.

§ 7

How long do we store your personal data?

  1. Your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was gathered, and after its expiry, for a period necessary to secure or pursue any claims or to fulfill the legal obligations of the Controller (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations).

  2. In current state our “Connector for Jira” does not store or disclose any data.

§ 8

Do we transfer personal data and, if so, to whom?

  1. Personal data may be made available to the bodies authorized to gain access to them under applicable law, including to the relevant judicial authorities. Personal data may be transferred to the entities contracted to process them, i.e. partners providing technical services (developing and maintaining IT systems and Internet servers), entities providing accounting services.

  2. Personal data may (to the extent necessary) be transferred to third countries in accordance with technical requirements, services for the purpose of providing the services indicated in § 6 point 2.

  3. In the event of such transfer it will be made in accordance with applicable data protection law, for example by ensuring that the country in which the recipient is located ensures an adequate level of data protection according to the European Commission or by use of standard contractual clauses that the European Commission has issued ensuring suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms.

§ 9

Security of the data gathered by the Controller

  1. The Controller has employed all technical and organisational means of protecting the personal data processed relevant to the risks and the category of the data subject to protection, and especially has protected the data against unauthorized access or takeover, unlawful processing and data alteration, loss, damage or destruction, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

  2. The Controller doesn’t’ use automated decision-making process.

§ 10

Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do so, we will inform you in an appropriate manner. The date of the most recent update of this Privacy Policy is given at the bottom of the policy.
