ENVELOPE CONFIGURATION

The final tab is the envelope configuration, which is responsible for automatically detecting the location of the signature. These settings can be completed immediately during initial setup or later. They can be set/changed by the administrator at any time.

Envelope configuration allow you to configure global settings related to signatures. In the "Anchor String" (1) field, input a value that enables the application to automatically locate the signature placement. Then, in the "Position from anchor on X-axis" (2) and "Position from anchor on Y-axis" (3) fields, specify how far the signature should be positioned from the designated anchor point. To keep your settings click “Save” (4) button.

Adding envelope settings is optional. However, if the user intends to sign the document and use the automatic option with global settings without setting them up first, the following prompt will appear:

Nevertheless, users will still be able to define their own local settings independently.

Note

Currently, a global configuration can be defined for all projects. This configuration cannot be deleted, only overwritten.

Info

2. STEP - Below you can find instruction for user

Once all settings have been configured by the administrator, users can begin using the application. However, when using it for the first time, users must submit a one-time request to the administrator for permission. They can do this by accessing their profile in Jira and clicking on "DocuSign Request Permission" (1). Confirm sending request by clicking in the DocuSign request permissions window button “Yes” (2) .
