- If "1st half" is ticked, then it means that only first half of his work hours assigned thoroughly in AM time frame are taken into account. As he is employed to work 8 hours shift, then 50% of it means to be 4 hours of working day between 06:30 AM till 10:30 AM;
- If John decides to select "2nd half", then hours from 10:30 AM till 02:30 PM are taken out and assigned to such leave (this is also a 50% of working day hours).
