Please follow the below steps to perform either template deactivation or re-activation:

1. Go to "Projects" menu,
2. Select a desired project
3. If you can't find it listed here, consider accessing "View All Projects.

NextIn the desired project go to Email Templates:

1. Click "Add-ons" to open a hidden menu,
2. Access "Email Templates".

Then, those steps can be taken:

Click on "Action" menu button marked with three dots (1). All templates with "Status" listed as "Active" (3) can be set as "Inactive" via the "Deactivate" (2) option selection.

In case of an When Email Template is deactivated, you can consider making it active when necessary. To do soit will not be available in template picker.

To Activate Email Template, simply find a template with status set as "Inactive" (3), open "Actions" menu located next to it (1) and finally select "Activate" (2):
