  • Since version 7.2.0 of Jira, there is no possibility to export issues to Excel. For more information please visit this page. This happened in response to a Microsoft Security update that stopped Excel files from opening correctly.
  • Jira Cloud doesn't support exporting issues to Excel as well.
  • There is a workaround, so this feature can be again turned on, however it is highly unrecommended.
