They have the flexibility to search for any fields within the Jira project, determine visibility preferences, hide specific fields, establish the order of column display, save configurations for both fields and columns, and quick, easy access to saved schema (2). In another section you have Preference button (1) where you can select the field sorting type and the ability to display additional information for the fields. Next button is Reorder button (2) that allows you to set your own order of columns.

Show / Hide
Field section display list of all available fields. Next to each field there is a toggle button which indicate field is Show (1) or Hide (2) in Excel, after switching toggle, the field immediately appears/hides from the worksheet. Use search box to quickly narrow down the list.
