To do it, use the drop-down menu cloaked under the "Projects" (1) to access a the desired project and then go to the below located "Scheduled Issues" (2) located below to find "Create" (3) button. It is possible to access Scheduled Issue details page by clicking on any of Scheduled Issue names in Scheduled Issues table (4):Image Removed
