  • First, generate an Excel workbook using JIRA Issue Navigator
    • Open the downloaded file using MS Excel

    • Navigate to Excel Connector for JIRA ribbon and click Login to JIRA button and enter your credentials. Click Connect and then OK on Confirmation dialog.

    • Important! When asked if you want to replace the file, make sure to click Yes

    • Excel sheet generated from JIRA will be replaced with sheet generated by Excel Connector, preserving all the issues from the original sheet
