On the The Visible fields (1) page , you allows the user to preset the displayed fields. The user can search for Jira fields and any fields from the Jira project, decide which fields should be visible which hide (ege.g. Fix version (2) ) and in what order columns should appear, set the column display order, save field and column settings and quick and easy access to saved schema.

Field Schema

With the update to version 2.7.0, the EC365 received new feature Field Schema (1)

Section Field Schema (1) allows to save (2) a custom user column order and selected needed/used fields. For more information on custom field schema configuration, visit our step-by-step guide Visible Fields Schema.

Search field

Enter the name of the field you are looking for to filter all fields.

In the first anther section you have a search box (1) which can help you in finding needed field. Notice it searches through field names (not field IDs) while you type, it will narrow down the list of visible fields.

With the implementation of the new Field Schema feature in update v2.7.0 the "Default”button turned into a “Restore” button. Restores the saved settings of the currently selected schema.

Here you can see the list of available fields and decide which fields you want to Show/Hide as data columns.

By clicking "Default" button you will restore visible fields (up to v2.6.2) .

You can change order of the columns by clicking ,,Reorder" button.

Field ID can be displayed to verify fields with same name and Prefix is used in Templating feature.

Excel coloring feature: When you show new columns, those would be added at the end. Moreover, those column would inherit the color from the last column, eg. your last column is grey (not editable), your newly added column will also be grey - even if it’s editable.

To fix this problem after you change visible columns → refresh sheet, it will color cells based on the editing permissions again.
