You can create new Scheduled Issues in two ways:

1. By pressing Create button  on on the Scheduled Issues page.

1. To do it: use the drop-down menu cloaked under the "Projects" (1) to access a desired project and then go to the below located "Scheduled Issues" (2) to find "Create" (3) button. By clicking onto it, you will be presented with three-steps wizard.
