Meaning, in Jira add-on section you can switch on bulk turn On bulk issues creation and an upper limit after exceeding which issues will be created by bulk create issue solution. In other cases issues will be created in ordinary manner one by one.
It is turned off Off by default:
You can easily turn it on On and change default value of 100, if you are creating lots of issues using Excel Connector you can decrease consider decreasing this value and check how it affects Jira performanceto increase Jira performance and use bulk create method e.g. when trying to create 20 issues at once.
