The attribute Issue Type is required and determines the type for Issues that are created when a Scheduled Issue is fired.
Open second wizard page by pressing the Next button.
Enter all required and optional values for the picked Issue Type.
On a third step add as many triggers as you wish.
Please note that to successfuly create scheduled issue you must set all four items: "Schedule", "Interval", "Start Date" and "End Date".
After clicking on "Add Trigger" you ought to get a similar message as illustrated below:
