Status can be changed by activation or deactivation of a mail template. To do so please select "Actions" menu located next to a template, which status you wish to changeĀ (1) and then from a drop-down menu select "Deactivate" (2):


Created templates(excluding deactivated templates) will be available for selection (2) in the Send Email dialog on a view issue screen. To get to that first one needs to click "Send Email" button (1):
