Whilst being logged as HR User from Navigation Bar Menu go to Management (1) ➜ Holiday Schemes (2). Now you can access to edit, a "Default Holiday Scheme" (3), or click "Edit" hyperlink (3), or a one that you have already created. Edition button for a holiday scheme is also visible after accessing a desired scheme (4). In case of creating a new one, please bear in mind that after accessing . If you do not wish to go with extra configuration and fast track mode is enough for you, then you can use "Add holiday" button to add off-work day to the calendar. Prompt elements are described below.
To create a new holiday scheme, please go to "Holiday Schemes" (2) and here you can only add a new one. After pressing "Add holiday scheme there" button (4) type its name. If you want to edit it, then all of the below steps must be undertaken as well.

After filling in all necessary options and deciding if the event should reoccur every year, you can press "Add" button to place it in the calendar of a particular holiday scheme (1):
